Hello, my name is Riza Purnaramadhan, I’m from Indonesia.
Experienced in data analytics as a Data Analyst & Data Scientist with statistics background in a Startup Company and experienced as a Data Science Mentor. Have expertise in various data analysis techniques and data analysis tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Python, SQL, R, Looker Studio, etc.
I am a graduate of statistics from Islamic University of Indonesia. I love data science, data science is like my daily food, I’m very greedy to keep learning data, some of the skills I have about data analysis are such as Customer Segmentation, Overall Analysis, Growth Analysis, Burn Rate Analysis, Market Basket Analysis, Recommendation System, Exploration Data Analysis, Statistics Hypothesis, Data Visualization, Data Storytelling, Machine Learning, etc.
Many may ask why I could choose to study statistics,
Yes, it cannot be denied that the average person says that statistics is a difficult and quite tiring science for the brain. So actually the reason I choose to major in statistics is because later the job field will be wide because now in all fields of work it cannot be separated from analysis, especially now in the digital era where everything requires data to be processed and then analyzed which will make the important decisions. At the beginning of college I felt lost, but after that I felt that statistics were challenging and fun, and over time I even loved statistics, which initially felt misguided.
My Activity
My activities apart from work are being a Data Science mentor and being a data influencer on LinkedIn and other social media. I often discuss data related issues. If you are interested, you can visit my LinkedIn. Currently, I am also building an Ed-Tech Startup which focuses on the field of Data Science, namely Genggam Data. I also like writing about data science on Medium. - Sep 2023 : I joined Chickin Indonesia as Data Analyst
- Apr 2022: I joined a part-time job in Myskill as a Data Science Mentor & Tutor

- Nov 2021: I moved to a position as a Data Analyst at Jala Tech
- Nov 2021: I starting to build an edutech startup Genggam Data that focuses on data science
- Sep 2021: I joined Jala Tech as Data Scientist
- Mar 2021: I joined Speedwork Indonesia as a Data Analyst
